KENDA CLEANING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using any of our cleaning services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure transparency, efficiency, and the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
1. Additional Fees
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a service to help us determine the fees for your cleaning appointment. At our sole discretion, upon arrival at your property, there may be additional fees for extra time or scope if we determine additional effort is needed to complete the service. Any adjustments in pricing will be communicated before the service is carried out. Pricing is subject to change if any provided information is inaccurate.
2. Arrival Windows
We utilize arrival windows to account for unforeseen delays such as traffic, ensuring a more convenient and predictable experience for you.
3. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
While our service is non-refundable, we are committed to delivering the best cleaning experience possible. 4. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Customers are entitled to one free cancellation per scheduled appointment.
Subsequent Cancellations: A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply for all cancellations made after the first free cancellation.
If canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, a $25.00 fee will also apply.

5. Discounts & Promotional Marketing
All discounts and promotional codes must be used before their expiration date. By booking with us, you consent to Kenda Cleaning using non-identifiable images of your property for promotional purposes, if applicable.
6. Gift Cards
Usage Period: Gift cards issued by Kenda Cleaning must be used within one year of the purchase date.
Responsibility: Kenda Cleaning is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cardholders must ensure the security of the cards until use.
Non-Transferable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred to another individual.
7. Ongoing Services Policy
Kenda Cleaning offers ongoing services to make your experience as seamless as possible. The following terms apply to ongoing appointments:
One Free Cancellation: Customers are allowed one free cancellation for ongoing services.
Subsequent Cancellations: Any additional cancellations will incur a $25.00 fee.
Re-initiation of Services: If canceled and re-initiated later, the current rate at the time of new scheduling will apply.
Notification Requirement: We request that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules within this time will result in a $25.00 fee.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand emergencies can arise. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your unique situation if necessary.
Service Days: Ongoing services can only be scheduled during weekdays (Monday through Thursday).
8. Parking Fees
If parking fees are incurred by our cleaning team during your service, they will be added to your final bill. A receipt will be provided. Alternatively, you may coordinate a parking pass or permit for our staff.
9. Payments
All payments are due by 7:00 PM on the day of service. A late fee of $25.00 per day will apply if payment is not received on time.
We accept credit card payments. A $7.00 credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for our services. Please note all bookings are final, and there are no exceptions.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Kenda Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse cleaning of certain areas or conditions based on safety or service limitations.
11. Water & Electricity
We require access to running water and electricity at your property in order to complete cleaning services effectively.
12. Services We Do Not Provide
For safety, regulatory, and operational reasons, Kenda Cleaning does not provide the following services:
Wall cleaning
Mold removal
Cleaning involving the use of bleach
Cleaning human or animal feces or any other bodily excretions
